Clever Contact™ utilizes a call logic engine that has robust feature sets and solid, scalable performance.

Easy to Configure. Clever Contact™ has a straightforward, usable admin interface with easy pull-down menus and checkboxes. Auto set-up for subscribers and templates that can be copied make getting up and running a breeze.

Highly Customizable. 20 time-saving pre-defined service levels are further configurable by options that range from 100% Admin to "User Defined."

Rules-based Scheduling. Clever Contact™ allows complete flexibility of how callers are handled by day and time-of-day. The mailbox type, behavior, and greetings selection can be automatically controlled based on the day of the week and the time of the day.

Delivery. The system administrator may choose any one of 20 pre-defined delivery levels. These and the multiple delivery methods can be cascaded to several levels ensuring that even the most finicky customer can be satisfied.

Delivery methods range from Disabled to voice and/or text pager, forward to another mailbox, voice delivery, etc.

Built-in Crystal Reports. Use our canned reports or craft your own.

Real-Time Mailbox Statistics. System administrators can trouble shoot real-time events as well as keep track of individual mail-box usage.

Online Real-Time Backup. Reports can be printed and logs are appended on each backup. A typical system only takes 5-10 minutes to backup all system files, prompts (system and mailbox) and executables. Given the implementation of complete database redundancy, end users can be secure in knowing that their information and messages are safe.

Scalable distributed computing architecture. Industry standard distributed trunk servers and DSP resources backed by planned data routing and hardware redundancy.
